* {one} pair of red knee high compression socks, calf sleeves, or our red Sparkle Athletic Sparkle Sleeves
* {one} pair silver wing Shoe Shwings 
* optional: red running shoes – while they aren’t necessary, red running shoes are the “icing on the cake”
