Although we call it our “Nightmare” running costume, hopefully, this is one costume that won’t give you nightmares. For one thing, it’s super quick & incredibly easy, to “make.” Plus, you can use it for both Halloween AND Christmas runs, or, anytime you want to rock a Disney inspired look. Here’s what you’ll need…

Nightmare Running Costume Essentials

* {one} red Sparkle Visor
* {one} black Blood, Sweat, Sparkle tank
* {one} pair of white Sparkle Sleeves (we’d suggest adding some “stitches” using a needle & thread, OR a black permanent marker for a more authentic “touch.” Just note that is a permanent change to your sleeves.)
* {one} Patchwork Nightmare Sparkle Athletic Running Skirt
* {one} pair of black & white stripe Race Legs
* {one} pair silver wing Shoe Shwings
* optional: black running shoes – while they aren’t necessary, black running shoes, and a red “yarn” wig really are the “icing on the cake”
