Our Sparkle Athletic Skirts are proudly made in the USA from a nylon and spandex blend. Our Black Reflective Running Skirt is made of reflective material, so everyone will know you’re coming down the street, even at night. The 1″ elastic waistband keeps it snug in place for girls on the go. NOTE: Reflective is different than glow in the dark. Reflective clothing bounces light back to where the light source is located.

Sizing:
When it comes to Sparkle Athletic Skirt fit, our waists are more forgiving than our hips because of the ruffle on the skirt. So use your hip measurement as your main fit guide. Our skirts are super sparkly and our waist bands are super stretchy. They’ll fit a range of waist sizes. Though, for the best fit, measure your waist where you’d like the skirt to sit. We think 2″ – 3″ below your natural waist is perfection. And when in doubt, remember: our hips don’t lie.

How to Wear:
Wear your skirt on your hips (or 2″ – 3″ below your natural waist) & you’re golden. Anything worn on your waist will ride up naturally. But if you wear your skirt on your hips, it’ll stay snug as a bug in a rug all race long.

Sparkle Athletic makes beautiful running skirts. I ordered the royal blue skirt to be part of an R2D2 inspired outfit for my very first 5k. I felt feminine, pretty, and fun! The skirt didn’t cling to my shorts underneath or get caught in my legs while I was running. It’s light weight so it didn’t feel like it was weighing me down in anyway. It also looked great in all my race pictures, which is always a bonus. I highly recommend this product and look forward to ordering more colors.
